betcuci does not charge withdrawal fees for both regular and VIP members. You receive 100% of the amount you requested to withdraw. However, your bank or digital wallet provider may charge a small receiving fee based on their own policies — this is beyond betcuci's control.

You can cancel your betcuci withdrawal request as long as it is still in Under Review (pending). Go to Transaction History in your betcuci account and click the "Cancel" button next to the request. If the withdrawal has already moved to "Processing" or "Completed" status, it can no longer be cancelled.
