Betcuci Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide to Using Malaysia's Online Casino Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and betcuci ("Company", "Platform", or "We") governing your use of the online casino platform at the betcuci website.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) betcuci account only per lifetime. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious violation of betcuci's terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information, including your full name as per your identification document, your IC or passport number, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and your correct date of birth.

Betcuci accepts deposits exclusively via valid Malaysian payment methods. All deposit amounts and account balances are displayed and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the betcuci member. betcuci does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unidentifiable sources will be returned and the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Betcuci members are entitled to withdraw legitimate winnings at any time, provided all of the following conditions are fully met:

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account settings section or by contacting betcuci customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned once all checks are complete, typically within 5–7 business days.

The betcuci platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. betcuci makes no guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. betcuci is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruption or connection loss during gameplay
• Disputed game outcomes arising from a misunderstanding of game rules
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Failure of devices or third-party software used to access betcuci
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials

Under no circumstances shall betcuci's maximum liability to any member exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Bahasa Melayu is the official language of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
